Eligibility for Property Management Licensees to vote in the Commercial By-Election

On February 3rd, 4th, and 5th, the Real Estate Council of Alberta will be holding a by-election to elect a Commercial Real Estate Broker & Commercial Property Manager Industry Council licensee member. If you are licensed in the Property Management sector, or you are licensed in both the Residential and Property Management sectors, you may be eligible to vote in the upcoming by-election. If your property management business is primarily (i.e. greater than 50%) commercial property management, you are eligible to vote. If your property management business is primarily residential property management, you are not eligible to vote in this by-election.
If you are eligible based on this criteria and wish to receive a ballot on 3 February 2021, simply “reply” to this email. By replying to this email, you affirm your property management business consists of a majority of commercial property management business.
