Fee Credit for Renewing Licensees

As part of our ongoing commitment to strong financial stewardship and effective regulation, RECA will issue a fee credit of $250 this renewal period for those individuals who are actively licensed in the current licensing period and who renew their licence prior to September 30, 2024.
The renewal period will begin August 19 for all licensees. The fee credit will apply during the payment portion of renewal applications for all associates, associate brokers, and brokers, in all industries. The fee credit does not apply to brokerages.
