Calgary, Alberta – On February 25, 2022, the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) froze the trust accounts of The David Bauer Real Estate Group Ltd. o/a MaxWell Direct. The David Bauer Real Estate Group Ltd. is licensed in property management and real estate.
At this time no deposits, withdrawals, or transfers can be made involving the brokerage’s trust accounts.
This action was undertaken to protect consumers while RECA completes an investigation. At present, RECA has not issued any sanctions nor determined there has been any conduct deserving of sanction.
