2024 Business and Financial Plan

RECA’s Business Plan for 2024 has been reviewed and approved by RECA’s Board of Directors and sent to the Minister of Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction. It is now available for download.
With the legislative changes of 2020 and RECA now three years into our governance transformation, it has never been more important to have a clear purpose, coherent strategy, and long-term view. RECA’s remains focused on consumer protection, particularly in vulnerable populations. Alongside licensees, we will continue to protect Albertans from serious harm and identify issues that can enhance industry integrity.
We are happy to report that licence renewal fees for the 2023–2024 year will remain at the same level as 2022–2023. Licence renewal fees for all licensees are due by September 30, 2023.
