WHEREAS by Section 11 of the Real Estate Act, the Real Estate Council of Alberta has the authority to make bylaws;
At its meeting on January 26, 2011 Council passed a motion to amend Section 5(2) of the Bylaws to read:
“At the last meeting of the Council prior to November 1st, at which at least ten (10) members of Council are present, the members shall elect a Chair and a Chair-Elect from among the members for the following term.”
