Resolution 2007-1 of the Real Estate Council of Alberta

WHEREAS by Section 11 of the Real Estate Act, the Real Estate Council of Alberta (the “Council”) has the authority to make bylaws.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

The Council hereby adopts the Administrative Penalty as follows:

• first contravention of Rule 49 $1,000
• second contravention of Rule 49 $2,500

Schedule 2, attached, to the bylaws is amended accordingly.
