RECA is committed to ensuring course providers have all relevant information to ensure their courses adequately educate prospective licensees on providing competent service to protect the public.
RECA directly informs currently recognized course providers of changes to requirements in advance of the requirements coming into effect. Course providers can also review the information below for a summary of upcoming and recent changes that may affect their course lesson plans and materials.

Starting April 1, 2025, we’re moving to Pearson VUE as our new exam provider, offering increased flexibility and convenience for exam candidates.

The Practice of Commercial Real Estate and The Practice of Mortgage Brokerage exams require the *appropriate physical calculator and must be taken at a Pearson VUE test centre. Mobile calculator apps are not allowed.
